- How do I place an order
-
You will need to place an order online by logging in to your school/club account. For details on what you need to do to place an order visit our ordering overview page.
- I can't find my order form
-
This year you will need to create your order form online by logging in to your School/club Account. Remember that you will still need to print out your completed order form and send it in with your vouchers. For details on online ordering visit our ordering overview page.
- I can't find my banking form
-
If you have not collected enough vouchers to order an item from this catalogue, please complete the "banking section" of the online order form and send in your vouchers to bank for use in 2011. You will not be able to use vouchers issued this year in 2011 unless they are banked with us.
Even if you are not ordering any products you will have to go through the order process (with your basket empty) to download your order/banking form.
You can fill in the number of vouchers to be banked after printing out your order form. For details on completing your online order visit the How to place an order page.
- Are there a maximum number of vouchers my organisation can bank each year?
-
You may only bank a maximum of 15,000 vouchers.
- If I add items to my basket will they be saved when I leave the site?
-
Yes all products added to your basket will be saved between sessions, as long as you are logged in to your account when you add them. This means you can keep adding products as the number of vouchers you collect grows!
- When will my equipment be delivered?
-
You will receive an order acknowledgement letter in September. Your equipment will then be delivered to you during the Autumn Term.
- Can I use vouchers from previous years' schemes?
-
Unfortunately, all vouchers from previous years' schemes are now obsolete unless they have already been banked with us by that particular year's deadline. The deadline for banking vouchers in this year's scheme is Friday, 2nd July 2010.
- Can I change my order once I have sent it in?
-
Unfortunately, no changes can be made to an order once it has been placed.
- Do you offer free pick up/collection up of my vouchers?
-
Yes we do. This year we've partnered with DHL to offer a free collection service. For further details visit our DHL collection service page. You will need to confirm your collection date before the 30th May 2010 to be eligible.
- Where do I need to send my vouchers?
-
If you do not use the free DHL collection service or are eligible for free Royal Mail delivery your chosen service must provide proof of delivery, as we cannot accept liability for lost or delayed vouchers. Proof of postage will not be sufficient.
Please send all vouchers and your order form to the following address:
